Chicken Verde soup:
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
- 1 cup Bella mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 small fresh onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 fresh red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 stick of butter (divided into halves)
- 16 ounces Verde sauce
- 3 cups water
- LOVE N’ BBQ
Chicken Verde soup:
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
- 1 cup Bella mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 small fresh onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 fresh red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 stick of butter (divided into halves)
- 16 ounces Verde sauce
- 3 cups water
- LOVE N’ BBQ All Purpose Seasoning (use enough to satisfy taste, you can always add more later)
- Fritos Scoops (for serving)
- Grated Colby Jack cheese (for garnish)
- Additional fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Season the diced chicken breast with Love n’ BBQ all-purpose seasoning.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half a stick of butter.
3. Add the seasoned chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining half of the butter.
5. Add the onions, garlic, sliced mushrooms, and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 to 6 minutes until they're tender.
6. Pour the Verde sauce into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Add the water and chopped cilantro. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Let the sauce simmer for about five minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
8. Return the cooked chicken breast to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce and the vegetables.
9. Allow the chicken to heat up in the sauce for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool to your desired temperature.
10. To serve, place Fritos Scoops at the bottom of a bowl. Pour the sautéed chicken Verde soup on top of the Fritos.
11. Sprinkle grated Colby Jack cheese on top and add fresh cilantro for garnish if desired.
12. Enjoy your sautéed chicken Verde soup!
Smoked Chicken Wings:
We use wing sections, however you can use the whole wing if you would like.
2 pounds of Fresh Chicken Wings (any meat dept, we buy ours fresh, frozen just isnt as good but can be used.
Wash the wings off, move to a cookie sheet or a flat surface let them air dry for about 10 minutes.
Rub your favorite oil on them (I use

Take it out of the oven or smoker & let the wings rest for about 15 minutes.
